I don't know why you guys hate Troop. He's a fantastic recruiter, and never got us into major trouble. He also trolled our rivals.

With Trooper out Gus really needs to get someone that can recruit locally and nationally.

IMO I thought Troop would be the only one retained. I wanted him to stay. Gus doing work though!

yep...his replacement will be a very important hire, hopefully it's not someone with 1 year experience in the sunbelt.

Gus had to clean house. As good as Trooper was at recruiting he was part of the issues with the players being soft and quitting. I've been very impressed with Gus so far.
