See this is why you don't throw to tight ends. They get all uppity & quit...

Wish him the best. I think this is something will see more of in new world of CFB with grad transfer & redshirt rules

Honestly, why would any TE come to AU? Looking at you Fromm.

Rumors that NCM is transferring as well. Rivals mod:

So we've checked on the rumors of Nate Craig-Myers leaving the team. We can't confirm that specifically at this time but we can confirm that the junior wide receiver is unhappy with his current situation and is strongly considering transferring. We'll let you know if/when this situation is finalized or there's a change in his status.

Damnit, Gus.

NCM would be All American at another school that actually runs multiple routes.

Yep, Gus has harmed a few people on AU's offense by recruiting them to AU. He has no business with a pocket passer or anything other than speedster/jet sweep type WRs. Just fricking get a dual threat back at QB and be done with this "proving people wrong" fiasco.

If I’m a TE, WR or QB, I stay away from Auburn.

We have had unlimited talent at the skill position as of late and it seems to mostly get underutilized and wasted.

Fact.

And give Lane Kiffin a QB like Jarrett Stidham, and he throws 35 + touchdowns and develops into a passer worthy of being a top 10 NFL Draft pick.

Gus Malzahn and Chip Lindsey are squandering some serious talent.

Disagree all you like, guys, but it’s true.

This is a consequence of the new redshirt & transfer. You’re going to see underperforming players leave after game 3 or 4 to preserve eligibility for a second chance.

Would you guys rather have Seth Williams on the field or NCM?

Would you rather have a TE taking snaps from Joiner, who can lineup at HB? I think what’s what these guys are looking at .

I agree. Seth has looked more impressive in limited time, but losing a junior 3 games into the season that has been a consistent player/starter for a couple of years IMO speaks to chemistry or potential chemistry issues.

I would usually agree to the chemistry issues but with the new 4 game redshirt rule these guys have a deadline now to figure out their future and preserve eligibility. It’s not a coincidence that this is happening now. It happens if Auburn wins last Saturday too. I won’t be surprised if we see a few more leave too

Do we know if this is happening at other schools? Have we heard about kids making similar choices?
