Same for us Pav. We got a 5 BR with pool for 1850 plus taxes.
Two hotel rooms would have been way more.

Well thankfully the money got where it was intended and I am now a homeowner

How big of a yard do you have and what kind of lawn equipment do you need?
I just sprayed my fence line with weed killer (Cornerstone that I bought from the co-op.)
Don’t buy Lowe’s weedkilling products.
Did you make sure your garage has a sink? That is a must have.

Trade show over. Booth taken down, all my shite is packed. Bout to hit the pool and get my drink on before driving back home to north Georgia tomorrow morning
This trade show was like a Gus Malzahn offensive series. Two runs up the middle, then a deep bomb. Just dont know if we caught it or tripped and fell.

Back in town tackling appliance issues
20 year old dryer died so had to get a new set today after driving home from Florida. Home Depot.
Son left the freezer open so everything thawed and had to be thrown out. Freezer was frozen solid. Had to disassemble and totally de-ice
satellite receiver died while we were gone so I had to order a replacement. 4 days no TV
We will see what’s next tomorrow. I’m bout to have a cold cocktail and pass out in my own bed for a change.
