I feel like ive been brow beaten with the fear of hiring Gus that if this does happen ill be excited about the hire but only because it wasn't the worse option not because it was the best option.

I can't get excited about Smart. At least when we hired Dye, the MF'er had head coaching experience. Smart hasn't coached a down of college football.

It's not Smart's fault our AD is incompetent. If he does (sigh) end up getting the job, it's not like he hired himself.
