You all can laugh all you want. How would you feel if you were being accused of something you didnt do and your picture was being put on blast?
I've not been to a game since the Citadale game in 04. I've been in another part of the country. But especially with how many are saying they are surprised by one of these guys, that's what I'm saying, you can't just assume they did what they are charged with. Thats why we have the judicial system. Thats why we have a jury. If they are guilty they will pay for it for the rest of their lives. RapeOs and ChoMos (child molesters) have an extremely difficult time in prison. Chances are they will never make a sound when they fart again.
But you can't just assume they are guilty until the facts come out.

In Alabama, you can't give consent under the influence. So the kit may not even need to be positive depending on the circumstance

So anyone who has sex while drunk can accuse the other person of rape? That is freaking nonsense!

Damn! Now I need some serious therapy! Not once did anyone ever ask me if I was okay with the sex! What is the statute of limitations on this? I had one girlfriend cheat on me. I'm pretty certain she never asked me if I was okay with each step towards "the act"!

I should have phrased it better. Someone who is sufficiently intoxicated is specifically covered under the incapable of giving consent under the definition of "Mentally incapacitated"

This has been a law for quite awhile. It basically is, don't take advantage of passed out/near passed out people law which isn't that crazy

meh, idc what the law is, ill follow it. my only complaint is that things like drunken consent are only ever enforced on guys. ive had 2 or 3 nasty wookapotami jump on my whiskey D before. even if i complained, who would listen?
ETA:: and it's kind of a combination effect. I personally think women need more protection, but I read every day about equality and equal this and that and blah blah. it's a wombo combo.

Bump a long time coming, Tony Patillo was found guilty of first degree rape and sodomy along with lewdness and faces life in prison

How did these guys think this would turn out? Obviously they knew there were cameras and audio on the bus, crazy stuff. Both will be in prison the rest of their lives for such a senseless act, prayers for the girl.

Evidence is evidence, NOT a verdict. A trial must occur and evidence presented PRIOR to a verdict.
