Not gonna beat out Bill Clark. For the life of me, I truly don't understand why he wasn't on the top of the list for a lot of Power 5 programs this year. The dude would kill it if ever given the opportunity.

I think it goes to Frost. If not him then (ugh) Kirby.

Gotcha. My bad for not looking at the finalist list, although if I remember correctly Clark won a similar award last week.
