Game Day!!! What is everyone grilling or BBQ'ing?

Smoking some babybacks, sausage, and dogs for the child's in da room. Also doing boiled shrimp (chilled) for appetizer. We have about a dozen coming for the game today.

Also, I threw this gem of a bait into the Hilliard pain train thread. It is doing quite nicely. LSU fans are some of the easiest fishing on the board.

I like doing cajun food for the LSU game, so we are doing a grilled tomato and cheese dip, gumbo, and crawfish stuffed boudin.

if i had the time i would do all that.. but I already had the deer meat for the backstraps and burgers... I bought some cajun sausage and making some mash potatoes and mac n' cheese

Just ordered 2 lbs of pulled pork, 2 racks of ribs, green beans and some banana pudding. Got half a case of Blue Moon in the fridge to wash it all down.

I grilled last night and it gave me the most painful shite I've ever had to endure. I think I'll eat a salad, or 4, tonight.

I don't think so, since it was just hotdogs and hamburgers... I think it all went bad when I decided to eat a pizza from Little Caesar's afterwards. I thought my insides were going to explode.

I'm pissed. The tailgate spot and parking on the street where I have been for at least the past ten years is now 35 fricking dollars to park on the street. Where there was once about 20 tailgates are now down to 3.

Yup. I've met a UGA fan, LSU fans and one or two Bama fans. Very cool people.
