He has a higher ceiling but I disagree that he is more ready to play. Flanigan is much more rounded as a player and strength/conditioning wise. He's also been here through summer workouts so he is ahead in that aspect as well.

Good for Mustapha. Can’t help but think he was watching that final four run and shaking his head in disappointment. He’s a good kid so I hope he has a solid year that puts him in the NBA

I'm surprised we didn't get one more player at least on the honorable mention. Anfernee McLemore, Danjel Purifoy, and Austin Wiley should have all been considered. McLemore and Purifoy both played well against very good teams in the NCAAT and both have shown previously that they can produce with more minutes (Purifoy as a freshmen and McLemore before breaking his leg in 17-18). Then Wiley is always getting overhyped,EJ Montgomery is #83 basically on potential alone, and Wiley played well on defense and in the paint in the NCAAT. I wouldn't have been surprised to see any of those 3 low on this list since they'll all be getting big roles this year
