Not sure why players are allowed to just lower their shoulder and bulldoze through Harper

I know he has a flopping reputation, but lowering your shoulder should always be a charge

Yep, shouldn’t matter if the feet are set or not. Missouri’s plan seems to be to just try and draw fouls and hope Geist can stay hot.

Hope we settle down cause the offense doesn’t look horrible but the shots are way off

This game has been meh so far. I’m always amazed at the energy that Auburn arena and being at home brings the players compared to when they’re on the road.

Missouri is helping us out a lot and we are up even though Auburn has played kinda shitty

Probably a good sign

I’m not sure if it’s just being in an arena that none of the teams are familiar with or the fact that not many good teams have played, but it’s interesting the most points scored so far is only 71.

Are we fouling 2x what they are, or are we just getting called?

What I thought

Two air balls on back to back threes was cringeworthy

Shooting % tends to fall in tournament play, especially in large arenas

McLemore slowly starting to look like last season on defense. Get that defense going consistently again and keep up this newfound 3-pt shooting prowess and he might just find himself on an NBA roster one day

Gonna need our best scorers to start making our FTs. Let’s pour it on again.

Might need to just call a timeout.
