Lets be honest. I dont think any of us know what to expect out of this game considering the last few years.

Things that concern me, in no particular order
Hurts
Ridley
Jeremy Pruitt
Our special teams
Jeff Holland's physical condition
Early injuries
Things that don't concern me:
Alabama OL (provided Holland is good)
Our kicker
Our QB
Kerryon & Kmart
I think we have a chance. Maybe it's just the rivalry, but we seem to perform reasonably well in this game even when we are half dead. In fact, we usually perform better in this game than we do against Georgia. Please, baby Jesus, let that be the case again this year...

I think we'll jump out to a lead and have to fend off their 2nd half rally. Neither team will be able to throw it to win.. unless they're able to run the ball. Tre Williams being injured concerns me but hopefully McBride is ready for the challenge.

We will be in great shape if we can contain their running game. Harris, Scarborough, N. Harris and Jacobs. If they can't run, they'll struggle in passing situations, same goes for us. When we've lost games of this magnitude, it's been because of the effectiveness of Bama's 2nd/change of pace RB, which will be Scarborough after we stuff Harris initially.

Jeff Holland is fine and will be ready to go.

Jeff also says Tre will be ready to play on Saturday... for whatever that’s worth

Our offense doesn’t really have any of the things that troubles Bama’s D. I don’t see we score more than say 20. Question is can our defense keep them under that.

What exactly are you referring to?

We gotta punch em in the mouth first. Don't get it confused, this is easily the best team we'll face all year. If they beat us, I fully expect them to embarrass UGA as bad as we did.
But everything just feels like it's lining up again. When Auburn gets a head of momentum, there's not much anyone else can do about it.

Their secondary is the weakest part of the team, especially if Fitzpatrick is out. I could see Slayton going wild and having a monster game. Might be what it takes to beat them....

We will definitely have to hit the deep ball, should be open

You can bet your arse Minkah will be playing.

Yeah he came back in and looked fine. Tre is a concern but our LB depth has been pretty solid, and we may bring a nickel in more often.

Playing and 100% are two different things
Posted on 11/19/17 at 6:43 pm to Zeroforwinger
Few people are 100% as long as he’s not injured he’s fine

They're going to try to kill us with slant passes, which we are terrible at defending. It's easy passes for Jalen also.

I will be very surprised if Tre plays.. two hour till pregame scratch. Tank needs to be ready to bust some heads or take out some legs.

Tre is so important to our defense. My work week is spent doing analytical work so I won't do it here, you guys are my drunk escape. My eyes tell me the AU defense is MUCH better with Tre than without. Would go so far as saying we are only above average without him.
