F statues. We only do statues of players
Make a giant mural of Bruce's face on the side of the arena.

He's hot right now. He needs to continue close to this pace for another 7-10 years to get the arena named after him. He trails Joel Eaves by 136 wins.

Bruce Pearl Court at Auburn Arena has a nice ring to it
I hope Auburn Arena never changes its name, I'm a big fan of alliteration.

Assuming he stays at Auburn and builds us into a perennial power then yeah we should honor him for taking a chance with us. If he leaves for a blue blood down the road then no.

Richard Scrushy called. He said he, Chris McNair, and Jeff Germany were all sitting around drinking beer the other day, and they decided it's a bad idea to put statues up / name things after people who are still alive. Or, at the very least, people who aren't retired.
Gumps have poor taste.
But to Ross' question, I'm up for naming the court after him, in the tradition of Pat Dye Field, at his retirement party

Sorry I disagree. I think a coach who has dedicated his life and career to a team, and has retired, and some time has elapsed since their great accomplishments occurred DESERVE a statueO or some kind of name recognition), before they die.
I hate it when a coach or in some cases players too, are not recognized until they are dead, and are not shown the appreciation while they are still on this earth.
Now I don't agree a statue should be given too soon after a player/coach has left or is still coaching (Saban, etc.)

While I am still in the mood, I also think Auburn needs to do a better job of displaying the retired jerseys in AUburn Arena. I sit in there at the games, and it is almost impossible to see them where they moved them.
There's got to be a better way.
