Yes, we would have had to have been swept by LSU and lose the first round to be potentially out. We should be at least a 3 seed now.

Hopefully this LSU-MSU game can go a while and leave the loser exhausted. 13 hours from anticipated first pitch at the moment with the game tied 4-4 T11 and 13 hours from the anticipated start of the game tomorrow. MSU just had a guy on 3rd with only 1 out. Jake Mangum comes to the plate and hits an easily playable chopper right to 2B who checks runner then sits down Mangum. Next batter is struck out toe end the inning. Crazy.

Game finally ends at 3:03 after 17 innings, and we get to face LSU. They'll be about 10 hours removed from the end of this game at tentatively schedule first pitch of 1 PM CT.

Just watching that stupid game. SECN said LSU's players got, at best, 5 hours sleep with when bus got back to hotel and when team breakfast was.
