Last week there were reports that JUCO seasons would be postponed to the fall. Football will be one of them

So does that mean we can basically rule out the 2 JUCO DL we we're looking at? I can't imagine we would take them without seeing them play this year.

Their offers were likely based on existing film/evaluations but it really hurts us for 2022, IMO.

KN came across this.. he hasn't got any confirmation if it was a mistake or if this is real, but the UGA site hasn't reported it yet.

KN CB’d him to UGA.

Pretty sure some of the new “insiders” had him as an Auburn lock. Another reason to ignore them, IMO

Even Keith was leaning towards us a few days ago.. This is pretty surprising imo.

It looks like one time LB target Chase Smith is now a WR target.

We will still get our guys, but imo we are not doing very well right now. Thats a few guys now who have been really close to committing, but when the time came ultimately chose someone else.

Keith had him picked for Auburn for about a month until about 30 minutes ago.

Leary, Kichens, and Mitchell.. I don't think any we're must haves (Maybe Leary) so its not the end of the world, but they all came down to the wire.

I personally hope we go after Colzie and Malcolm Johnson Jr now.

Bama and Miami always lead for Leary and Kinchens respectively. We did good just to make it a fight for both.

He amended his prediction 14 minutes ago.

The JBoy is so accurate.

29 out of 31 ain’t bad. Not sure how many lay ups they’re counting in that group though.

Agree, mostly, about Kichens, but it was thought to be pretty close to a toss up until the last day or so. And unless I'm remembering wrong it seemed like we we're making up ground on Leary, even some people saying we pulled ahead, and then his Bama commitment surprised everyone.

We did make up ground on both recruits but obviously never took the full on lead.

UGA 247 says they have an unnamed commit and will go public with the story when they get the go ahead from the recruit’s family. Likely not tonight. Presumably that’s Mitchell.

I guess I could have worded it better. Basically with those three it was lots of good news until suddenly, it wasn't, more so for Leary and Mitchell.

For sure, but that’s my point. These guys aren’t getting independent information It’s stuff they read on 247 and Rivals that they modify by adding vague narrative to it.

I won't say they. It seems more JBoy than anything. For Example, Tay has said he didn't make the picks on Kinchens & Mitchell that JBoy tweeted saying Tay made those picks. It looks like when a recruit is reported to be trending one way then JBoy tries to Warp Speed "lock it" to make it look like he's out in front.
