Dothan here, wind is blowing pretty good, nothing major yet, bad stuff later this afternoon. Got generator ready, plenty of booze so should be ok. Everybody in the path, keep your head down and stay safe.

Power is out, wind has picked up but I have begun to drink. It feels like an Auburn football game, starts out bad and I have no doubt it will get worse.

Panama City and the surrounding area, especially Mexico Beach, took it on the chin.

One of the posters on AUFamily lives down there. He and his wife heeded the evacuation order and headed inland yesterday. Holding out hope his house is salvageable, but seriously doubt it.

Least he's OK though.

Someone should direct Michael to Gus Malzahns office..
Clicks heels of shoes together.

But foreal, my other half is thinking about driving from Bham to Atlanta tonight for a meeting tomorrow...

I would think this meeting isnt a requirement but she is trying to rack up mileage for her company car fiscal year end date to try and keep it.

Is it selfish of me to not want her to drive in this mess?

Prayers for everyone in the path, be safe.

Fairhope. Never even rained. Couple folks called in today, and just kind of felt like a throwaway day.
