A big reason for our success on the ground was this matchup.
Thompson is a stud and Smith wore him out starting in the first qtr.
We’re going to miss that guy next year.

Smith probably made some money with that performance. I dont know if it was Thompson but on one run he literally threw a guy about 3 yards out of the way.

That pulling guard blocking the backside play finally worked too. I bet Gus creamed himself watching the film.

Braden Smith is a 1st round talent and I hope Denver drafts him.

Smith reminded me of Greg Robinson in the SEC championship game vs Missouri with the way he was throwing people around. Especially in the 3rd and early 4th quarter when we started to run down their throats.
