Let’s hope he learns from this. A true freshman who played like one today. He wasn’t ready for the moment today. Let’s hope he can recover.

He will. It’ll be interesting to see how the team responds. I seem to recall a few seasons where bad losses early led to stronger teams later.

It is what it is. He's a true frosh. I seriously doubt Gatewood is any better.

True freshman. shite happens. Wish the run had worked better but Florida has a hell of a defense. Just a reality check.

If gatewood had played they would have dared him to throw, probably would have been as many third down fails

We couldn't get third and one a few time, third and two, and a third and three. I thought our OL had improved. Today they looked exactly like they did early last season. The only time 71 hit somebody it was a 15 yard penalty.

This O-line is all seniors and they all would have been... pretty talented in the MAC or even ACC on a good day (sans Clemson) .. you people think he’ll get better looks next year?

Buckle up kids. Our 1 ‘Ship in our lifetimes is an anomaly. And it’s time to come to grips with that.

If that is your bar, you would probably be correct.

Just stop. We get it. You're a Gatewood slurper.

Reality check: yep. We left 3 TD’s on the board in a hostile environment with a true freshman QB. I think this team has a shite ton of potential. Nick Marshall’s loss to LSU about this time in our run that year propelled that team. There’s a chance that can happen here.

I would like to think that. However, our OL play and pass D are just not good enough. Teams with a good QB can pick us apart. I was nervous when I saw how A&M exposed our D deficiencies. LSU and bama can name the score against us.

If they had next level talent, surely one of them would have gone pro after 3 years.

We are lacking offensive line talent.

Yup, as much as I hate to pull for LSU I hopw they beat UF next week and hope that we can break the cigar curse this year.

Learn from it how? still waiting for his accuracy to magically improve after 13+ years of inaccuracy. If only he could hit a wide open receiver in stride or throw the ball high enough to where the safety couldn't snag it. 14 point swing. I'm sure he will "learn" how to do it and it has nothing to do with his muscle memory and mechanics ingrained into his being.
