It would only let me bump one of his threads, but this edge-lord's hot take on Bruce deserves to be revisited and ridiculed again.

Ive said it over and over before Bruce is a great recruiter and hype man. When it comes to actually coaching Xs & Os, game planning, ect hes a low level CBB coach. Our team is full of seniors and juniors yet we continue to make some of the dumbest turnovers you will ever see. The offense is litterly fast break layup or 1on1 jack a 3.

Bruce can recruit and thats why hes been successful as a coach. But when it comes to coaching the fundamentals of the game, developing talent, X & 0, in game adjustments, ect. He absolutely awful.

The conference away game stretch was rough but I kept telling myself we get a bunch of games at home at the end and maybe we can get some momentum going into the SEC Tournament. Basketball is def agame where the hot team can make a run. I wish we didn’t rely on the outside shot like we do but it’s how we’ve gotten to where we’re at

Yeah, it's pretty easy to spot people who don't actually know anything about basketball by looking at those who either freak out midseason or start thumping their chest midseason.
As frustrating as this season was for a large portion, bc we definitely could have and should have won more games, I was never actually worried tbh. Basketball is a streaky sport, most teams are prone to both cold stretches and hot stretches, and you'd much rather suffer a cold stretch at the point in the season that we did so that you can hear up at the right time like we did.
AU24 was a basketball n00b who didn't understand this, but wanted to present himself like he was knowledgeable on the sport (he also wanted to present himself like king edgelord)
