Any reason not to completely open the playbook and take chances against UGA?

Trick plays, fake punts, going for it on 4th, etc.
Based on what I saw yesterday there is no reason to save anything for Bama (unfortunately) or the bowl game.

No. But we know well be getting the same playbook we do every week. Gus is nothing if not stubborn and predictable.

Yeah if Gus is smart at all he will treat this as his super bowl.

We are a two back, run first, power running football team which utilizes play action to take shots.
We will get better.
We will play more physical and get our edge back.
No doubt.

Outside of the fake punts, we’ve been doing trick plays and going on 4th most all year

Eh. I dont think that would work out so well.
I think we can compete with UGA without going crazy with trick plays. Probably a pass heavy game plan with some misdirection plays and maybe 1 or 2 trick plays (same as most games), but that is it. I think our D can keep us in the game.
Against bama, sure, go crazy. That is the only way anyone has even the smallest chance to beat them this year.

It should be, but it won’t. We will try to pound it and get nowhere.

Swift scares the hell out of me. I have a bad feeling he is going to eat our lunch.

I think we see the passing game open up more. Feels like something clicked at the end with Gus and the offense. He’s been known to capitalize on those things. I think we beat UGA and make Bama sweat.

I would be cautious of looking into this. We were racing against the clock and A&M’s secondary is one of the worst in the conference. We should have thrown all game but only did when we absolutely had to.

So you’re saying we should add Page 2 to this weeks game planning?
That’s a bold strategy, Cotton!

I would not even bother with play action because it adds time for the defensive line to get to the QB.
Just go 4 wide and throw, throw, throw.

Run the two minute offense when nothing else is working.

Only thing Bama will be sweating is keeping the shut out in tact late in the 4th

So you think we can burn them with Tweeder one on one?
