Lot of things in this game to look back on, but to me this stands out. 4th and inches at the 50. If we convert there which is likely we had a chance to put the game away. But Gus being a candy arse punts of course.

We had the lead. Why take a chance of giving them the ball at mid-field?

Punt it and put it on your D to stop them.

Because at some point you try and change the damn momentum. Stevie Wonder saw the game going downhill for us. Don’t be a pussy and try to change it.

At some point we have to realize Gus doesn't care about losing.

And if we get stopped, people would be screaming about what a dumb call it was. We have been living off of our D all year long.

Tubs would have beat LSU and UGA with the talent on this team but would have lost to GSU in the “preseason game”.

It was around the 50. They weren’t in scoring position. They got those yards back in about 2-3 plays though.

Which is what I have been saying........our D hurt us as much today as our O did. We gave up chunck yards for two and a half quarters on D. We had played well until they hit us with the big jet sweep. It was kind of downhill after that.

That’s exactly why I think it was worth the chance of trying to get a foot on fourth down. We all knew what was going to happen.

The defense gave up 17. That include playing the whole 2nd half. Not sure I put much on them.
