Blount continued:

Auburn offered Lee Hunter’s teammate Kameron Grays on February 1st and at the time it seemed like he may be close to committing, but he’s slowing things down a bit. The Noles are pushing hard thanks to Marcus Woodson. KN said his sources close to the Grays family still believe Auburn is the clear team to beat.

Milton High of Milton Florida:

2021 4* DT Marquis Robinson:
6’3 303 pounds

He has visited a bunch this past year and Auburn is expected to be very deep into this recruitment. When we offered him last year we told him it was commitable, so we must really like him. He’s probably closer to CRG than any other college coach out there and he says Auburn feels more like home than any other school. KN thinks it comes down to us or FSU. The one snag is he grew up a FSU fan.

What is it with all these FSU connections or battles? It's got to be more than Woodson...

FSU is closer than any SEC team to Auburn’s campus, except bama.

4* Barrett Carter released his top 11. Every top team in the southeastern region plus Ohio State and Oklahoma is on it. No sweat.

Graceville, Florida

2021 4* ATH Xavian Sorey
6’3 214
#2 ATH, #15 Overall

Can play either RB or LB. We told him he could play either. Some schools have said LB all the way.

Xavier said he liked the family atmosphere when he visited 3 weeks ago. Has visited Auburn 3x so far.
Auburn, Bama, and Uga should get officials. Some think Bama leads, but Sorey was surprised to learn he’s already CBed to Bama.

His team only has about 23 players on the roster, so he plays a lot of positions on that team

Graceville is a tiny town. The good thing for us, it's just below the State line not far from Dothan. It would be very easy for his family to be at every game.

Milton is over by Pensacola. It wouldn't be much closer to FSU than it would Auburn.

From yours truly

Ty Keyes is a DT QB that was just recently CBd to Mississippi State. Can’t we just swap McLaughlin to Leach for Keyes?

Junior year:

3700 yards on 69% passing, 41 TDs and 7 INTs. 425 yards rushing

Kinda using the dual threat label here liberally but his YPC was quite high at nearly 9. Just didn’t run much

From there, know some guys on the staff. Apparently one of the varsity coaches is close with Steele, who has been watching this kid very closely since last season.

We’re on pace to field a team full of TE’s by 2022

Ironic considering we haven’t thrown to a TE more than like 2 times in a single game in 6 years
