Do we have any chance with Chris Steele UF cb transfer? Based on what ai read, he would fit with type of high character we recruit but he headed back to Calif and may stay out west.

Good news on OT Marlon Martinez. He now isn’t planning to make a commitment this spring and he told 247 he doesn’t have a leader. This is good news because LSU was surging ahead after his recent visit. He may make another visit

I was looking, and there are 2 bigtime recruits from Oakleaf High School in Orange Park, FL. One of them is an OT too. That's right down the road from me. I'll send you guys my PayPal account, so I can make a deposit at mamma's house.

With Trox having another major leg injury we now need to hit on OT even more, if that was even possible. No guarantee he will return to form and we already have no depth at OT.. We might end up starting multiple freshman on the OL next year lol.

Buskey out of JUCO will come in and take one of the OT spots. Certainly possible that a Freshman beats out Stutts or Sammons at RT. Troxell should be back by then but this may be the final blow for him. He’s going to lose a ton of weight again.
On the interior, Hamm or Irvin should be ready at RG in 2020. Keyiondre Jones, Osborne, and Bell will have a season under their belt aswell. There’s a lot of bodies in the middle right now.

I like most of our young guys, don't get me wrong(at least in the interior). There's just going to be a lot of young, inexperienced guys next year.
The news with Martinez and us possibly being even with LSU is huge imo. We can't miss on him.

KN says 4* S Xavion Alford is a guy to watch. He’s visiting this summer and KN says AU and UF are out front. Woodson is recruiting him

This is a scary thought. We are one injury from a disaster at tackle this year, and headed for a train wreck next year, someone better go find a couple of Jonah Williams or it doesnt matter who is playing QB.

What has always been an AU recruiting problem is we pick one position and just not recruit for it. LB a few years ago. But we will overload at other spots. Like we need another DB right now.
