I'd rather give that scholly to a walk-on.

Why? Those dudes are generally unproductive on gameday. At least Pettway was going to be quality depth.

Pettway will produce as mauch as any walk-on on the team. exactly zero.

Furthermore, I'll wager a $10 donation to the Southeastern Raptor Center Pettway doesn't get a catch if he comes to Auburn.

Clemson gets Bowman and we still can't even get Pryor. We suck

Only way Pettway comes here is because Gus promises him playing time. So if he comes here, he’s playing and catching balls

I’d rather roll with what we have. I think when we began his recruitment there was more uncertainty about our WRs. But Stove looked back to his old self and Matthew Hill and McClain came on strong in the spring. Fuqua didn’t transfer.

I imagine he won’t be coming here but we'll see

Lol. This is a friendly conversation bro. I’m not trying to go after your whole savings account.

A project OT would eat 4-5 years up whereas giving it to Pettway (grad transfer) or a walk-on would only eat up 1 year.

Not even going to pretend its not impressive, but I have to wonder how many of those guys transfer after a year or two sitting on the bench.

I think the most impressive among the list other than number one ranking is the fact they have the top three DT’s committed. You can win in any league with that kind of nastiness on the defensive line.

Keith has another update on Pryor. He says that we are barely recruiting Pryor and will not be getting Pryor. He thinks we have other players above him on the recruiting board.

Thats what I was questioning a few pages back. Myles Murphy is definitely going to be an interior lineman at the next level. They have the 3 top DTs already recruited and he is still going to go theue?

We really needed to get off our arse two years ago and recruit, the cattle has already left the barn at this point. OL recruiting is really really concerning.
