Apparently KN still doesn’t know if Charles Moore will qualify or not. Move in day is May 27th.

He's one of our top players signed last recruiting class, that may not qualify. Welcome back to the Tubs days of recruiting!

Yeah he is.

KN asked fellow Mississippian Jaren Handy if Moore was moving in on the 27th and the response was “Yeah, I think he is.”

Kolbi Fuqua no longer on roster

quote:

AUBURN, Alabama — The third time is a charm in the decision-making process involving receiver Kolbi Fuqua.

Fuqua did not return to the Auburn football program following the conclusion of spring practices, a source close to the team tells Auburn Undercover. The circumstances surrounding his departure are not clear. An Auburn spokesperson confirmed Monday to The Athletic that Fuqua is no longer on the roster. A spokesperson did not immediately return Auburn Undercover's request seeking clarification as to why Fuqua was no longer on the team, and whether the decision was made by Fuqua or Auburn.

Fuqua's departure ends a strange final month on the Plains in which he entered the NCAA's transfer portal, but removed it less than two weeks later in a move that appeared to signify his intent to remain at Auburn.

The Auburn player withdrew his name from the NCAA transfer portal April 18, a source previously confirmed to Auburn Undercover. He entered the portal April 5, making him available for any team interested to reach out to him and gauge interest as a transfer.

The initial decision to enter the portal came nearly two years to the day he committed to the Tigers.

Fuqua, a redshirt freshman, was rated a 3-star athlete in the 2018 signing class and ranked 28th overall in the state of Alabama, according to the 247Sports Composite. He was a longtime Auburn commitment. He committed to the Tigers on April 8, 2017.

Fuqua did not play last season and had not been mentioned in the lineup at receiver by coaches in press conferences this spring. He participated in Auburn's A-Day scrimmage April 13, and finished with three catches for 16 yards with the backup players.

Wonder if he left because of Farrar or if he was already going to leave and that's why they went after Farrar

Kolbi Fuqua is officially transferring. Thought he changed his mind since he stuck around for the spring game.. I guess now we know why we picked up the transfer WR.

Edit- Beat me to it. I think he wasn't moving up the depth chart so he transferred. Coaches had an opening and brought in a guy to fill his spot low on the depth chart.

Cohen won’t make it today. His ride fell through. Will be in Auburn next weekend for his official.

UPDATE: Now Cohen says he WILL be at AU today.

I miss the days when we would call the top recruits on rivals and see who was interested. Seems to work better than getting these 3* lineman UAB is after.

John Garcia Jr says he is hearing that we offered Selma Alabama 3* OT Jeremiah Wright.
Says he is a legit 6’5 and has a 3.5 GPA.

Johnson last year was a good pickup from that program but it seemed like we were missing the big fish there. Glad to see that turning around.

Goodwin is an electric kid for sure. He is a great pickup. Will be curious to see how much he grows over the next two years. Not height wise, just bulk wise. He seems to be a perfect fit for our offense though.

Him and Shivers would be a nightmare in the backfield together. Nobody would be able to see who got the ball.
