Well if you play a team with competent skills they throw out of our idiotic half court traps(which leave someone open every time.)

^^ pretty much this. Half court traps and the fact we tend to jump on damn near every pass thrown around the perimeter.
Our defense gets caught slipping against teams that can wing it around the perimeter swiftly and efficiently.
It's a style of play thing. And it works more often than not.

We have small guards and players that don't raise their hands.
