Danny’s got him as a WR but said he could go either way. That entire third tier imo is the type of guy that we would sign and then just figure out where they go.
I think they feel good now that they can get 4 off that list. Now the question becomes who else pops up.

Everything I've read makes me think we're recruiting him as a QB only. His passing stats and film certainly look like a QB's.

I doubt it. The plan might be to have Malik Chavis be a safety with his size depending on who we get at corner.
Mason is the only true safety. Foucha will be behind Richardson in the nickel CB/S position. Curl moving over really helps and Brown will backup Santos for a year.
I figured Burns we wanted at safety with so many of our WR targets. Burks could be a safety but I don’t see that happening. Catalon has us top 8 but outside of Keontae and Jalen we cooled on guys like DeArman last I heard.

So with Jefferson coming in 2019 he should play behind Conner Noland for a couple of years?

If Noland comes in and wins the job, then they'll both definitely leave. If Noland comes in and doesn't win the job, but replaces one of them during the season then they'll both definitely leave.
