Meh. I remember people praising Bielema because "he gets our hat on the table with recruits we never would have had a chance with otherwise!" It doesn't matter if you never land any of them.

Timing doesn’t make a lot of sense being day after Christmas. I would’ve signed early to ND if he was that set as he’s been.

Could be facing a number of recruited players when we play ND in a few years.

Two schools I’ll never blame a kid for choosing: Stanford and Notre Dame, great football and academic schools. Obviously the kids that go there care about both, can’t fault them for that. Good luck to him.

Frick Stanford and Notre Dame. At least when it comes to football.

My message to Jones, Bohannon, Flanagin:
I do respect your right to your decision, but I don't have to respect your decision.

Don't let the door hit you in the arse on your way out.

Yeah and still didnt win. I wont judge morris until i see his productbon the field. I dont care if he wins with highly rated guys or low rated guys, but in the eternal words of snoop, just win baby win. And if we can't win for the love of god higher mike leach

my thinking on rankings is this.

they matter and teams that get more higher ranked recruits tend to do better. especially those with top 10 classes.

outside of that though it's got a lot to do with coaching and development.

being my realistic self we are in no condition to play for a title and won't be anytime soon. still no excuse to not make a bowl game this year considering the amount of bad teams we played

Outside of the top fifty or so players every year it’s all about development, usage and coaching.

Coach the players on roster and if they aren’t good enough recruit better than you have.

This is where we sucked under Bielema. Players gradually regressed the longer they were in the program. This, coupled with the fact that seniority seemed to be the only factor in playing time, meant that the younger, better players were on the sideline while the not as good experienced players were on the field.

Many QBs will transfer soon.
