What play would you run?
Certainly,the defense wouldn't treat it any differently than having a RB slotted wide.
Bamas offense isn't run by Gus where you'd expect some version of the whirlybird/ flea flicker type play that would net a loss of 10 yards.

What would you run? If you line Hurts up at QB, you are doing the defense a favor because there is a better option at that position.
If you line Hurts up at RB, you are doing the defense a favor because there are several better options at that position.
If you line Hurts up at WR, you are doing the defense a favor because there are several better options at that position.
Maybe in an attempt to get the defense to call a timeout, otherwise roll with the best at each position.

I think for an Run option where you show it in a game to make a D practice for it. And in a close game you may need a WR throw to a wide open WR where the D took the bait.
You have Jalen lined up at WR on the left side and he runs in front of Tua who tosses it and Jalen does a run wide down the right side but the blockers are still showing pass protection.
Teams do this all the time with a WR who used to play QB in HS.
