We've had seasons where QB play was poor in the SEC. This season poor defenses abounded.

We seem to have only two above average defenses in all of the SEC this season. That is a rare situation. I fully expect the defenses in the SEC to rebound and I don't predict this conference will become another Big 12.

I'm afraid the good ole days of hard nose football are gone. The point a minute offense is what everyone wants to see, except us old timers.

I'm not gonna lie, this hurts my feelings because it's true. I remember when a team would score 40 and it was considered a blowout

You saw from those lightweight penalties our defensive guys got yesterday exactly why defenses have gotten soft. They can't play with aggression anymore because they get flagged.
