I don't think anyone's kept him up to speed on all this.

Or Aaron Suttles just made up a bunch of shite like he did last week when he said Hurts would be the week one starter.

Honestly looks like Saban still splitting the possessions between the two QBs. Maybe the competition is not over

Oh i think the competition is long over. I just don't think nick saban's gonna be told what to do by a player's daddy.

I think as far as nick saban's concerned, that's his redshirt to do with as he pleases.

Considering tua played 3 possessions then Jalen played 3. I bet that was the plan no matter what the score

Aaron Suttles has whiffed more times than our kicker the past two weeks.

I just don't understand playing Jalen this much.

Maybe it's because it's in Alabama's best interest.

Redshirting Jalen only benefits Jalen. It doesn't benefit Alabama in any way whatsoever.

Other than getting Mac reps - who's actually going to be here next season, you're absolutely right.

He's the backup. He should get all the backup reps. Nobody should care about prepping Mac to be a backup for NEXT season.

Honestly, he's likely to be third string next year, too, if he even hangs around.

Alabama is a team that plays for this season, not next season. This play, not next play, this game, not next game, etc.

He'll likely be 2nd string to start next year because the other 2 will likely redshirt and we end the years of playing true freshman QB's.

However, towards the end of the year, you might start seeing the other 2 more because of the new redshirt rules.

Seems to be a trend with a lot of insiders.. Just make up stories and see if it sticks.
I can name a few others who's stories have fallen way short of the truth, and even on this ordeal. But what risk do they have? All they have to say is their guy lied to them. If it turns out true..we never know and there is a better story line to it that happens to be false. I'm having a hard time believing all these meetings. Only Saban and Jalen knows what is said in those meetings if and when they happen.
