Well, I haven't done it yet. There is one guy that has been conspicuously absent (least I haven't seen him around) that posted a couple of weeks ago he hoped Tua would transfer. I may have to ask him if he still wants that.
I am pretty much just elated it turned out like it did, national champions and all.

Yep. It's a shame some fans are careless at times in the way they discuss players' struggles. It's not hard to include some supportive words when talking about areas they need to improve.
It's also a shame some fans can't debate differences in opinion without resorting to personal insults toward each other. Like some have said itt, we have some fans that could stand to learn from Jalen & Tua.

I responded to a rival fan that I have been saying since 2016 that Hurts wasn't good. That's a fact and surely it isn't news to anybody on this board how I felt about it. I have not rubbed it in on the Alabama board though, and haven't even considered it, but I do reserve the right if provoked.

I don't think anybody was "hating on" Jalen. They simply realized that he had weeknesses that were going to hurt the teams' ability to win a big game and thus be champions. We became frustrated when he couldn't do certain things and we also recognized that there probably was another guy on the team at his position who was markedly better. We saw that his limitations were greatly exploited and wanted to see the other guy get a chance.
BTW. Huddie didn't know for a fact that Tua would not crap the bed. The pick could have been devastating but for a very fortunate bounce. He's become insufferable in his smugness, and i'm starting a change.org petition to have him banned.
