Top 5 highest picked Alabama QBs in the NFL Draft

1. Harry Gilmer (#1 1948 NFL Draft)
2. Riley Smith (#2 1936 NFL Draft)
3. Tua Tagovailoa (#5 2020 NFL Draft)
4. Richard Todd (#6 1976 NFL Draft)
5. Joe Namath (#12 1965 NFL Draft)
I'm almost 100% sure these are also the only QBs to ever go in the first round from the Crimson Tide. Before the other night, it had been 44 years since Alabama last had a QB taken in the first round.
