That third play...ran in and around AU players and was so fast they couldn't get a hand on him

Im going to miss that screen pass...where he would catch it..size up the closing defenders and just launch. Visible different acceleration. Leaving defemdersb that had a running start.

Maybe he’ll come back for another year...

My selfish side would be ecstatic of he came back.. But my rational side prays that he moves on and makes millions.. Hopefully this injury doesn't hurt his draft stock... Praying for the young man.

Been saying this all day. The fan in me would love for him to come back and show out next year. The adult in me wants him to heal up and go make some money. It was so fun to watch him play. Man, I remember watching him commit to Alabama. He was so excited. Signed stuff and threw it into the audience. Had such a contagious smile.

If he drops out of first round he will likely come back. If this was nearer the end of the season he would have plenty of film. I hope he does whatever is best for his future.

Not even close for me being my favorite player. The young man was just amazing. I just hope he has a full recovery and a long career no matter what he does.

For sure one of the most athletic and electric guys I have seen at Bama: He is up there with Prothro and the Deuce i/m/o..

I never thought I would see a Bama player more fun to watch than David Palmer.. Waddle surpassed that. Kid was and is electric... every time he touched the ball it was a chance to score

Aside from the obvious talent JW17 possess. His pure enjoyment of playing the game is what impresses me. You can see it, plain as day and its been a pleasure to watch.

Prayers up for a 100% recovery.

Hell of a post, tater. Waddle is a treasure. He will be missed on the field at bama. I have no doubt he'll continue to be a positive influence in the locker room.

Absolutely heartbreaking to see that kid go down. He made good angles bad angles with his first step. Really bummed having to see him being carried on he sideline. One of those guys other fan bases cheered for.

Absolutely! Especially to come in tonight and make some key plays, and fighting through pain.

The leaders on this team were outstanding, between Waddle, Dickerson, DeVonta, Mac Jones, Barmore

You could tell these guys were out there playing for each other, and playing for coach Saban.

Until tonight I’d always considered Waddle WR1. Maybe I was wrong. I still don’t know.
