These guys are dropping like flies. Isn’t the point of a S&C coach to help prevent injuries? Add to the fact our DL has been getting pushed around all year, it’s clear his expiration date has come and gone.

Can you really point to one thing or another for these crazy injuries we're getting? Tua has taken some of the weirdest roll up hits I've ever seen and Raekwon got rolled up by his own man.

Muscle mass, beyond a certain point, can start to cause flexibility and range of motion in the joints to decrease. I'm pretty sure that mostly just applies to bodybuilder types though.

Take a look through some of the threads. Ether several villages lost their idiot or a village of idiots has gotten lost.
