Absolutely agree with that.
I think Saban has always rewarded hardworking coaches. It’s a demanding profession their in. Takes a unique skill to do it on so many levels

A great offensive mind who overcame personal struggles/demons to be a leader on and off the field.
I appreciate these kind of people more than any others. They lead by example.
