It's going to take a big boy school with deep pockets to lure him away.

Maybe Sark should just stay put and become Saban's successor when that time comes.

I believe that I saw that Flood was the only coach who didn’t get a raise or extension

Something to think about. He's a smart guy and I'm guessing a quick learner. He's definitely in finishing school with coach Saban. I'm sure he feels like some of his problems at USC were self-inflicted.

I have a feeling if Sark leaves Bama he will end up at either A&M or Texas as head coach. He's already had arguably the two best jobs on the West coast.

As long as we get a bonafide midwest coach I'm fine.

The decrease for the DL coach wasn’t Freddie Roach taking a pay cut. He was a new hire and his pay was less than what Brian Baker made last year in that position.

Joel Klatt seems to think so. He has also said that Clay Helton is a Revolutionary offensive play caller.

Our best recruiters are the lowest paid.

That makes me nervous

Todd Bates is the biggest bargain in the country. #2 ranked recruiter, and he's getting $300k this year.

I understand why it happens, of course, but it’s hard to believe an ex-alcoholic is being paid 2.5 million to assist in a college extracurricular activity.

Crazy world.

My father gave me some excellent advice about getting a raise.

It’s not what you deserve. It’s what you negotiate.

This is what Dabo does. It’s also important to hire good people.
