Everyone is excited about Tua in the passing game and rightfully so but I think we will demoralize teams on the ground next year. The OL should be elite and Harris+Harris+Jacobs won't be fair to the defenses. To top it off, teams won't be able to stick 8 or 9 guys in the box because they know the big play will happen if they do. I see two 1,000 yard rushers next year and the most efficient ground game in the SEC. It isn't really fair to the teams on our schedule to be honest.

I think you're right. While the weapons abound (QB,RB,WR) The OL is the biggest cog in this gear and should be outstanding.

In the 11 years of Saban being our HC, it has amazed me how the Offense is amazing one year, followed by the Defense being lights out a year or so later. If we could match up a defense like the 2016 bunch with an offense like we have coming in this next year, it would be disgusting. We could skull drag everyone we played.

Either way I tend to agree with you. Once we establish a center to anchor this OL, we have enough weapons on Offense to make any defense's arse quit.

Agree. Run game with Harris coming back is going to be legendary. Defense is going to be damn good.

The D might take a step back in some areas but like I have said before our pass rush will be the best in the country. That will make up for any miscues. Our secondary is the biggest question and honestly I think we will be ok. S. Carter and D. Thompson seem top notch. S. Smith looks to be good as ranking suggested. Our staff is high on the other guys as well. The last corner spot should be wide open. Our D-line will be fairly young but talented.

All we have are opinions but what leads you to believe this?

With our returning LB's like Miller and Hall who i thought really made a difference late, plus Anoma if hes as good as advertised could make a impact as a frosh. Add Labryan Ray and Isiah Buggs, and a guy that I think will be a stat stuffer next year in D. Moses. If not the best then top 3

The pass rush has the potential to be pretty good. But the younger DL will have to develop quickly behind Raekwon Davis and Isaiah Buggs to free up those LBs.

Either way our team will be fairly young which is exciting because we can only get better, and I think we will be the best team next year

There no position that was debated more than Tua should be playing. But I felt just as equal about Willis and Brian Robinson.
I really think leather-wood and willis should be starting next year even-though womack and cotton will get the edge.
I see Robinson as the back up to najee and Ford the back up to jacob , when he arrives.
But write this down that Robinson gonna be a pleasant insert when najeee comes out.

How do people continue to forget that Damien Harris exists? He has had two consecutive 1,000 yards seasons now.

I did not mean back up as in depth chart, but rather the second power back behind najee.
The same as Najee was the back up power back to BO.
My point was the drop off wont be big as it relates to Robinson coming in for najee.

There is no debate that Damien is the starter at RB.

D. Harris will be start next year. I expect N. Harris to back him up. Jacob/Robinson will compete. Good problem to have.

Yeah, we’ll be breaking in a lot of new guys in the secondary.

But our front seven should be strong.

I expect we’ll still be a top ten defense.

In my opinion, Tua has the ability to be the most explosive QB we’ve had under Saban.

Damien/Najee with Robinson/Jacobs mixed in have the ability to be the most explosive RB tandem we’ve had under Saban.

And the part I’m most excited about, Jeudy/Ruggs III/Smith at WR. They are all Amari Cooper clones, and we’ve got all 3, at the same time. I’d love to see a team find 3 CB’s to hold them, while at the same time worrying about Najee/Damien

The WR crew next season is completely nuts. 5-Star Justyn Ross May be joining them too.

Anybody excited yet? Lol

Absolutely. People are sleeping on Brian Robinson, but I have a feeling we won't really see him until his jr or sr year. We all know that Saban's gonna play Josh and Damien even if they have fractured ankles
