What is her pitch count at? Montanan threw a lot in game 1 and I will be nervous about her on one day rest. I guess we will go with Goodman tomorrow

Best day of the season by far for this bunch. Sounds weird to say for a 44-4 team but they needed something like this against a team they've struggled with throughout the great run and on the road

As for the SEC hunt.
That's fricking HUGE, the Tigers dropped the last game and now risk being swept in Fayetteville.
This momentarily, in percentage moves them to 3rd and puts 33-8 (10-5) Tennessee in second.
No let up though, we need to lock in this sweep and then take care of business at home vs a very tricky ranked Kentucky team, then meet our destiny in Lousiana.
We could celebrate an SEC Title IN Tiger Park.
But alas, I get ahead of myself. Just keep plugging away ladies!

Yeah I really worried about this series as one where we would come back to earth as Florida has owned us in recent years. While the offense and the defense still need some help, this team may have enough pitching to go places. Keep it rolling, girls!

this year we have a complement of pitchers as opposed to the past we had one dominant and the rest were not as good. Not even sure our last years ace would be top 2 with this team. And our best pitcher is a freshman.

We gave up 2 runs in two games at their place to a top 10 ranked team. A team who probably will host a super regional unless they totally collapse here at the end.

7 of our main starters are batting 290 and above. The other two are batting over 270. Last year if I recall we only had 2 ladies batting over 300 with a lot batting in the mid 250's
3 of the main pitchers have an ERA under 1.81 with Goodman at number 2 with a little over 1. I suspect we see her start today's game.

even if we lose today taking 2 of 3 on the road is huge.
