This is quite an accomplishment, our schedule has been no softer than any other teams and they haven't gone undefeated. I like the way this team is built, pitching is good and we have an ace. We are hitting better than we have in years all the way through the lineup for power and average. Our speed has been good with a strong showing in the stolen base dept. We have a shot this year!!

I can think of worst places to spend my spring break.
our starting lineup had 8 of 9 batters batting over 300 and the other one at around 289

Play at Texas A&M next weekend and a home game against Georgia Tech and home series against Miss St the following week.
Need too go 6-1 at the least. Sweep St at home and take the series against A&M. SEC schedule really gets tough after that.

Yep, very weak schedule. Even though we beat aTm 13-3, they had plenty of opportunities to score. Teams like LSU, Fla and Tenn won't miss those opportunities. Fouts pitched a good game but had control issues and issued some atypical walks. She was relieved by Gettins with a 13-2 lead and Gettins was shakey to say the least. I'm proud of the way the girls are playing but I'm not confident when we hit the heart of the SEC schedule. Regardless, I'll be pulling hard for them and am enjoying watching the games on SECN+.

Definitely not a weak schedule but not extremely tough but compared to others...not bad at all.
