Still, at some point, you’ve got to be able to generate runs. I’m so tired of Murphy’s MO: find a stud pitcher and ride her till her arm falls off from overuse. To hell with hitting. It’s not working against the best competition anymore.

Yep. 90s Braves say hello. You really can only do so much with elite pitching and sporadic offense. Losing 1-2 is really no different than losing 1-7. Either way you still lose.

cant figure out how to link but Fouts was SEC freshman player of the week. Not sure why they had to say freshman as she should have been player of the week. Had 2 wins.

If Fouts can stay healthy, she's going to give folks nightmares for a long time. We had some good fielding too. Hitting seems to be a constant issue. Seems like our coach would consider fixing it

great pitching by Fouts can make up for average hitting. last year we would give up 3 hits and 8 BB and constantly having to get out of jams. Last game we gave up 2 BB and 2 hits. I am liking this team even though I have not seen a game yet on the tube.

The broadcast last night was pretty good. Different camera angles and replay. Better than a single camera behind home plate. You could actually see the pitch location. Also a broadcast crew with Rachel Bobo as a color commentator,
