Didn't Jalen graduate in 3 and become immediately eligible?

Maybe some need to hear it from Aaron Suttles. I said this last year that their helicopter father was calling the shots for both sons. Almost to the point of ire for some on the staff.

"In the end, he never wanted to be there, and without his older brother there and family ties no longer a consideration in that regard, the younger Tagovailoa quarterback entered the transfer portal Friday evening, The Athletic confirmed. AL.com first reported the news, which was oft-rumored and a long time coming."

I wish the best for Lia. It sure seems like he was never happy in Alabama. Thompson high school isn’t known for its quality football . Not sure how to sugarcoat it. Hoover will find a way to

Having two quality QB's on a roster is going to be near impossible and having 3 is no longer possible.

Sounds like a family affair.

It's unfortunate that his redshirt got burned last year.

Where did Taulia want to be? Also was he given a scholly based on pure talent and ability or was it a favor to the family?

It was a family favor. The program went above and beyond the norm to make sure Tua left UA only for the NFL Draft.

Not sure even Tua wanted to be there. Thought he really grew up a USC fan and his Dad told him to commit to Bama.

It's gonna get really weird when national NFL media starts swirling around that family.

Can you imagine Miami sports media if that whole family lives under one roof and Galu forces Lia to play at UM or FIU?

Can’t wait to see Galu on the Miami sidelines next season.

Glad the drama that has surrounded that family and mainly TUA is finally gone. Get back to some normalcy.

One of the greatest moments in Bama football history. However, Bama is bigger than any one player. We will have more of those moments

Of course Bama is and hopefully we will have many more plays like that but to act like having Tua on the team was some kind of burden is straight up ridiculous.

Where did I ever say having Tua was a burden?

Best of luck to #13 and #5 along with their family. Even though it would appear #5 would transfer to a South Florida team we might get surprised..

Expect the unexpected. Da U would be the best choice.
