If he is trying to stay in the south Florida area and still play in FBS, he options at Miami, FIU, and FAU. USF and UCF are over three hours away from Miami. There are some FCS teams in play as well, but my money is on FIU. It is about 20 minutes away and he can probably compete for the starting position immediately. Unless, he is willing to sit out a year. Wonder how Saban is going to handle it? Let him go? Or make him burn a year?

People were mad when I asked if he was a bust.

Well that was a silly question.

Just because he isn't Bryce Young (another Tua) doesn't mean he is a bust.

For anyone saying Miami, his father isn't dumb. He's not sending his kid to a dumpster fire program when he pushed Alabama for structure.

I would say Oregon if anything with the Cristobal/Mariota connection. If he does force his kid in-state we're probably talking FSU. Their QB room is two mediocre 3 star kids from Taggart.

I mean he's still not a bust. He was a borderline 4-star QB.

Paul Tyson isn't a bust either.

Young is better. Not a big deal and he gets to be closer to family.

Didn't they land D'Eriq King out of the portal?

No way his dad is going to have one kid in Miami and the other on the completely opposite side of the country

Yep. If Tualia wants to start this year, Miami will not be a good landing spot.

But then again, Tualia might have to sit this season out anyways, and if so, King will be gone after this season.

Will Paul Tyson stick around?

He will for a bit. Kentucky has expressed interest and honestly I wouldn’t blame him at all. He’s good enough to start there.

So, does he have to sit out a season? With 2 years eligibility? Or will he just get approved to play this season like everyone else, unless you're transferring to Alabama's basketball team?

Good luck to him and I do think he will pan out and help a team.
