So who blows up the combine this year?

Who shows out and who does worse than expected? I think Bo runs just a bit under a 4.7 if he chooses to run. I think Hand may be impressive on the bench press. I think.if Levi could get his forty under a 4.6 he may could get drafted. Daron Payne will be a beast in most drills.

If Robert Foster is invited, then he's my pick.

This. May work his way up a couple of rounds

Yeah, Foster will measure 6'2" 195, run a 4.43 or something, put up a nice vert/broad, and someone will take a chance on him in the 6th or 7th round. I don't think he's a bad player. He just wasn't nearly as good as Ridley and we definitely haven't had the kind of offense recently where the 3rd or 4th receiving option was going to have a chance to make many plays.

You think Bo runs a 4.7?
Damn, what's so sad is that when healthy, Bo is every bit the athlete Derrick Henry was, and had a faster top end than any of our backs. Before the Clemson injury, I have no doubt he was a 4.5 guy. Now, who knows

The safe choice, but I agree. He will do well and whatever team he lands with, he will be a star. On and off the field.

Crazy Tony is my pick.
Bo did really well in the all Star thing they had on TV. Not many participants but his footwork and side to side movement was impressive for his size.

He supposedly ran a 4.62 during spring testing of the 2016 season.

I don't think he was 100% at that time. All i know is that when he was getting healthy towards the end of 2016 he wasn't getting tracked down by DBs when he would break a run. He always had more top end speed than Damien

If you watch at 1:14 that's definitely faster than a 4.6. He pulls away from Tennessee's entire secondary. When he was a recruit he was definitely faster than a 4.6
I hope for his future that he's able to get into the 4.5s at the combine

Tony Brown in the right system will ball. He could a very good run stopping safety or undersized LBer.

Robert Foster in my opinion will be given the benefit of the doubt by NFL teams especially with a good combine because Jalen was his QB.

Does anybody think Hand may do well enough to be drafted late? I doubt it but I would love to see it.

Drafted late 1st round or drafted at all?
Hand isn't a 1st rounder, but will get drafted between the 2 nd and 4th rounds.

You really think so?

Yeah, he has all the measurables.
Same with Tony Brown and Robert Foster.

Yet he dropped a monumental amount of passes....

I haven't researched it until today but I have a link that ranks him as the number 22 ranked DE in the draft and predicted to be a late round pick or undrafted free agent. He does have elite size and probably elite strength. Not sure about his speed but I would bet it is more than adequate. He has that going for him but there is still a pretty big fly in the ointment. He doesn't have elite production. Not even close. His highlight reel is a short one.
There is a reason he didn't declare last year as a junior. This guy is a former number one ranked overall in America as a high school senior. 5 star can't miss with NFL measurables but he never played like it in any of his four years. I know he played behind some serious NFL talent for three years but most of us had already figured what he was for the team and that is ok. He was a great member of the team and worked hard while he was here. I don't know why he never developed into an elite player but he didn't. I hope the combine earns him a higher pick and I wish him well but I will be surprised if he goes before the fifth.

Monumental? Robert Foster only caught 12 passes all season. I recall around 2-4 drops. So, if I'm right Foster was likely targeted no more than 20 times all season. Robert dropped a few passes but please stop the hyperbole.

The Ole Miss game set Hand's senior season back. Before that during his time at Alabama the kid looked to be a stud. Whomever drafts Hand will be getting a stud with little wear and tear on his body.
