Can’t fault a guy for wanting to be a head coach again

Aren't Sark's kids still in CA? If so, you can't fault the man who wants to be a head coach again and he'd be closer to his kids.

Almost wouldn't be a complete off season without having to replace a coordinator.

This would be a huge blow to keeping Drake Maye too.

This would have to set the record for offensive coordinators changes. Fifth coordinator in five years (6th if you count Sarkisian’s first stint)

Can we go ahead and get the OC search thread stickied somewhere near the top of the board like maybe.... 8th or 9th thread down ? At least in the top ten so we can all find it in a couple minutes search.

He seems to be pretty antsy to get out of town and I to a head job. I am concerned about next year’s playoffs, when we have yet another OC who is more worried about moving on than coaching our team. We seem to have had some trouble with that lately.

Sark would be wise to hold out for a better HC gig. Colorado is a dumpster football program now. One or two more years of success at Bama and he could head back to USC or try a southern school like Miami, VT, etc.

Shoot, I’d be worried about Bryce Young. Sark is a major reason he’s here. Mac has a leg up in the race and has two years of eligibility. Does Bryce wait until year 3 to start with Sark out of the picture? Just spitballing here, but that’s become the nature of the position in CFB. Even Tua was gone if he doesn’t come in against UGA

Yeah - He could do better than that....but Sark is a frick-up anyway.

Hopefully whoever replaces him can teach a QB how to throw the ball away.

Young is solid to Bama.. I have no worries with him to be honest.. but Drake Maye is pretty much committed to Stark per Hank. It would play a huge factor if he left.
