Cowboys should have had a lot more BAMA players over the years than they have.
Lee Roy Jordan, Sherman Williams, Tony Dixon, Rolando McClain and Amari Cooper.

It's a terrible organization and has been for the better part of 40 years now.
Gruden is doing a smart thing by trying to stockpile picks, especially with the contract he has, but there's tremendous pressure to hit in the draft or this thing is going to continue to flounder.

The guy is very, very talented and I'm glad he's turning things around. Some analysts have said they believe he was struggling because he had lost some confidence stemming from some "drop" issues. I'm not a Cowboys fan but I'm glad they're actually throwing the ball to him.
