What is the hold up naming this field after the GOAT ?

Will happen next decade after Saban retires. It will happen at halftime w/ Coach PJ Fleck leading the Crimson Tide.

I don't see a team other than Georgia and Ohio St that can play with us.

Things maybe different at the end of the season but UGA has no pass rush and a vanilla offense, I don't think they stand a chance against us with Tua at QB. Ohio State or Clemson with Trevor Lawrence playing out of his mind are the only teams I see with a shot if we play to our potential.

I really respect what George Denny did for the Alabama program. It wouldn’t be what it is without him. Originally, Bryant-Denny Stadium was called “Denny Field.” I’m all for calling it “Bryant-Saban Stadium at Denny Field.” I think that checks every box and honors everyone appropriately.

I really like Bear Bryant Stadium at Nick Saban Field.

Saban Stadium since he is the goat. Bryant can enjoy the other 4 million things named after him (Im also not serious and dont think we need 20 names on the stadium).
But they should name the media room after Saban.

No, no. To me that would be a disrespect to Saban. Should be Bryant-Saban Stadium @ Denny field.

I think Saban would like having the Field.
That is where the game is played. That is where cleats meet grass.
AND he doesn't have to share it with anyone.
It's Saban field forever. You could tell UA players forever that you dont step on Saban field unless you are ready to play to Sabans standards. It's a good way to keep his spirit alive long after we are all gone.
It needs to get done.
