AU defeats Bama and goes on to the SECCG.
AU defeats UGA again.

Playoff:
1. Oklahoma/Clemson/Miami
2. Oklahoma/Clemson/Miami
3. Auburn
4. Bama

I have seen the future...

Bama needed to blow out State for them to get a pass with a loss in 2 weeks. I don't see any way a one loss Bama team and AU getting in the playoff.

Not gonna happen. But fricking au up in a revenge playoff game would be fun.

With every body having 2 losses if Wisconsin loses and Miami loses and Georgia loses to Barn again we would get in at 11-1 by default.

Georgia's loss pretty much shut the door on 2 SEC teams getting in. For the OP's scenario to play out we would likely need Oklahoma to lose.

Right now, barring upset it's:
SEC champ
Clemson-Miami winner
Wisconsin-OSU winner (assuming OSU beats Michigan)
Oklahoma

Ohio State wont get in with 2 blowout losses. Auburn will barely be getting in as SEC champ with 2 losses because they would have beaten 3 straight top 5 teams.

I actually could see

ACC Champs- CU
Big 12 Champs- OU
Big 10 Champs- Wisc
#4- Miami as the top 1 loss team get in over a 2 loss SEC Champ. If AU beats us I will not be surprised to see CU & Miami 1-2 in the poll going into CCG weekend. A close game with CU winning I could see Miami at #4.

Think of that melt.

Bama is not getting in with a loss. Weak schedule and does not pass eye test

only 7 teams with a shot at the playoffs

Bama
Georgia
Auburn
OU
Wisconsin
Clemson
Miami

Bama is the only team that could still suffer a loss and get in.

OU will have to beat Oklahoma St again. Wisconsin isn't beating Ohio St. Georgia likely out after the SEC Championship Game, don't see them beating the West winner.

OSU will be top 4 if they win out and AU does as well.

OU will have to beat TCU again. TCU already beat OSU and holds the 2nd spot in the Big 12
