Why would a dude coined "Joctober" due to all his post season success and accolades (and who BTW has what ? Two at bats off the bench and Two homeruns ? ) Why would that guy be sitting the bench ?
I'm going to lose my sports mind if all the coaches in my life dont start playing the right players. What is up with this crazy shite ?

He was a playoff stud in LA. That's kind of where it originated.

I like the Charlie on short rest move. I assume that they feel confident that he has the juice to come out of the gate and give them 3-4 solid innings stamina wise with good stuff. If that's the case, there's no downside to not doing it. You aren't betting the farm on this game because you have Max ready for Game 5 on full rest. Get 3-4 out of Charlie (or more if he's fine and rolling) and then try and get 5 out of Ynoa/Smyly and then the regular pen group and wrap this shite up.
And if it doesn't work out - you play a game 5 with Max on full rest ready to shove. So no real downside to going with Charlie as long as you feel comfortable that he won't trot out there throwing BP.

14-3 over the last 17 is great.
