Not unusual. MOST guys won't hit back and their SO knows that. My ex would get in my face, shove, slap, just about anything to get me to hit her back. And when I didn't, she would laugh in my face. That's why she's my ex.

In my LE career, it was amazing how many times I saw the same thing happening. And yes, I booked several females on domestic charges. Guess who bailed them out.

Why point out their size? Media always with agendas.

Guys are always get hit by their women. It's abuse and it shouldn't be okay just because we can take it.

I just thought the difference in size was odd. Not saying she didn't slap DJ around, just wondering why he put up with it. Sure she's the mother of his child, but he needs to leave her and she needs to get some help.

If she slaps DJ around, she may end up beating her kids unless she gets help.

Sounds like she wanted him to get rough with her. She would have blackmailed the hell out of him

I was a victim of DV this year. On a cruise, barely 24 hours into a 6 day nightmare. My ex was 6'1", I was asleep when she punched me in the face. On a good day, in my sandals, I'm only 6'2". I'm beyond grateful it happened though, I got to avoid quarantine lockdown with her, her autistic daughter, and her future serial killer of a son. I'd honestly get punched another 2 or 3 times for that prize.

One of the dark sides of fame and fortune.
You never can trust people and their motives against you.

I hope the fact that a child is with them doesn’t lead him to stay in a toxic relationship. Unfortunately people are gonna mock him for being a decent person and not striking the mother of his child. Even if she is a POS

Yep.

We responded to a shooting several years ago. Exotic dancer emptied a 5 shot .357 at her husband. One round to the window unit and four to his lower abdomen/groin area. PD thought he was done for and we kinda did too. They arrested her for attempted murder.

He didn't die. Spent three weeks in the hospital, got released, immediately bonded her out, and wouldn't cooperate with LE. We were going to be witnesses but of course, she got to plead to a misdemanor.

It isn't just women that repeatedly return to abusive relationships.

No, the excessive drinking reared its head early enough on. I enjoy recreational cannabis, so I was trying not to be hypocritical... but I should've been. There were 0 prior incidents involving any level of violence though. I have a pretty firm 0 tolerance policy for that type shite. So in a few years my 25th hs reunion is gonna be pretty weird

Oh wow, it’s a former high school class member?

I suggest wearing this to the reunion
