I saw Bill Connelly note that the only 2 teams in the Top 10 in offensive explosiveness and efficiency are Alabama and North Carolina.

14-14 now. Agreed about the trenches, but it doesn't seem like a drastic difference to me. And UNC is still hanging in there.

Notre Dame has been Top 10 solid for 3-4 years now.
Everyone laughed at them a few years ago for getting blown out by Clemson and then, well, we got blown out by Clemson.
They have athletes and dudes in the trenches. Their skill guys aren't quite elite, but they are solid. And Book is a very good college QB.

Maybe not, but they've proven the last 3-4 years to absolutely be in that 2nd tier of very good programs.
I love watching their team this year play.
