No, no it doesn't. She may report a neighbor to the police for having a party because it is noisy and annoying her while she's trying to watch a Real Housewives marathon, but not because they are violating any sort of shelter in place order. If it doesn't directly affect her, Karen doesn't care. The core principle of all Karens is that no one matters but Karen, and maybe occasionally Karen's kids if they aren't getting enough minutes on their youth soccer teams.

You clearly aren't involved in any neighborhood Facebook groups if you don't think Karens are the ones leading the charge against people ignoring stay at home orders. They're the very picture of "subjugate me now!"

The difference is I'm not telling anyone they can't stay home and shelter in place. You do you. If you're scared, be scared.

Why do you think they are becoming so irrationally angry about it? They know it describes them perfectly. The dudes calling me out are the same ones that would be reporting businesses and their neighbors.

Yep Karens are inherently narcissists. "Im at risk", "my family is at risk", "you arent risking your life, you are risking mine" etc. Just look what that Teague a-hole said. Me and other small business owners will just have to suck it up to keep him and his safe. Im not asking his lazy arse to do anything. He can shelter in place and collect that government unemployment check till they run out of money. I dont care.
